Add Subscriber to your organization

Subscribers — regular users who used Fan ID to connect their accounts. None of the users from this section can log in to the Admin Dashboard.

  1. Open the “Subscribers“ page

  2. Click on button “+ Add new“

  1. Fill the required fields:

Note: You can auto-generate a password by clicking the “Generate password” button. To copy the generated password in the field “Password Confirmation“, click on the button “View password“ and copy the password.

  1. The checkbox “Active” shows the Subscriber's status. Inactive Subscribers haven’t access the User Profile

  2. You can create several users in a row by clicking the “Create & Add Another” button.
