Creating a New Tournament in Dictionaries

1. Click "Dictionaries"

2. Click "Tournaments"

3. Click "Create Tournament"

4. Type the desired Tournament name

5. Click "Create"

6. On the desired event, click on the "tournament" dropdown to find the new torunament

7. Click "Update"
