Article Management: Create Live Stream Article for Youtube Streams

1. Go to the "Video Management" menu.
2. Select 'Create Video'
3. Fill out the following fields for your livestream:
Title
Poster Image (Thumbnail)
Video Type = WMT + Zoom/ Youtube Integration/ Livestream
WMT Youtube "WATCH" link.
Example:https://youtu.be/bTCuOV3HY3k
Click 'Create'
Tip: Tip! The correct Youtube link can be found by clicking on the "share" button under the video.
Alert: Alert! Do not use the link from your web browser.
4. Go to and select "Article Management"
5. Click "Create Article"
6. Select "video" as the article type.
Tip: Note! The article type needs to be ‘Video’ so the article is archived within the ‘Videos’ section of the website and mobile app.
7. Choose the desired article video for the Stream using the "Article Video" dropdown.
Find the title of the video you just created in 'Video Management'
8. Type the desired live stream title under the "Title*" field.
9. Click "Media" to select article featured image.
10. Set desired time for article to go live on the site.
11. Select "Featured Articles" category to make stream populate on the featured articles block on the home page.
12. Select related sport.
13. Click "Create"
