Article Management: Create Photo Galleries

1. Click "Article Management"
2. Click "Create Article"
3. Change article type to "Gallery."
Tip: The Astra CMS uses the 'Type' field to organize and display specific content types in dedicated content sections on website and app home pages.
4. Type the desired gallery title.
5. Choose the featured image.
Tip: Tip! A separate image can be uploaded for mobile viewing. (1x1 recommended aspect ratio)
6. Select 'Next' after you have finished setting up all fields needed on the 'Header' tab.
7. Utilize the 'Content Blocks' section to build and place specific content blocks and bring your photo gallery to life.
8. Click "Add Block" to open the content block library window
9. Click "Images"
10. Select "Gallery Grid v2"
11. Click "Media"
12. Click "Select File" to upload pictures from your computer to the CMS.
13. Selected all desired images.
14. Click "Select." in the bottom right corner to use and place the selected images in the content block.
15. Drag and drop images by using the highlighted icon to change order of the image.
16. Delete images by clicking the red 'Delete' button if necessary.
17. Click 'Change' and then the 'Edit' pen icon to edit image detail if necessary.
18. Once changes are made, click "Update"
19. After all images have been placed and ordered, select 'Next' to move to the Relations section.
20. Use the 'Relations & SEO' section to complete the following related to your article:
Link an article to a specific player(s) or staff member(s)
Add in quick links (hyperlink call-to-action buttons) via 'Article Links'
Edit, customize and override all SEO metadata related to this specific article
21. Change Status to:
Draft (work in progress, not live)
Publish (once article is create, it will be live on the site)
Schedule (article will only go live at set date and time)
22. Use 'Sports' to associate the article with a specific 'Sport'.
23. Click "Create" to finish the process.
